How did Arca Interactive get started, and how has the company evolved since its founding?
It started out with me taking any project I could get from friends, family and local business as a freelancer while working at other agencies and developing experience. Since then we’ve grown to a team that fluctuates between around 8-12 designers, developers and marketers. Learning how large and small agencies run we took what worked and what didn’t and created something different that is efficient and effective.
How do Arca Interactive’s core values of hard work, integrity, and honesty influence your approach to client projects?
We’re extremely thorough and transparent with our customers and prospective customers. We believe this is the key to a successful collaborative effort and sets everyone’s expectations realistically. We pay attention to trends and follow technology blogs and newsletters, but by constantly trying new features and integrating new tech we get real experience with the latest and greatest, such as AI.
